To prevent running late to your appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow time to find a parking spot. If you are late due to parking, you will need to reschedule. Recommendations: Huntington Garage on 9th & Chester or Parking Lot on 13th & Euclid near Chase Bank

Deposit & Payment

Deposits are non refundable. If you have to reschedule, it can be used for one future appointment. For the remaining balance, l accept Cash, Credit/Debit. Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash app are not accepted as payments for your remaining balance.

Late And Cancellation Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. Same Day cancellations and No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service with the card on file. Cancellations within 8 hrs will be charged 50% of the service.
